  • Drive Innovation & Sector Strategy: Lead the strategy, design, and execution of high-impact innovation projects in energy and sustainability, expanding client operations and driving scalable growth in these sectors.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Serve as the primary strategic advisor to senior clients, delivering tailored strategies and fostering enduring relationships that generate new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Facilitation: Translate complex client requirements into actionable, creative solutions that align with both client and company goals.
  • Business Growth & Proposal Development: Craft and lead high-impact proposals, explore new markets, and close high-value deals to drive account expansion.
  • Team Leadership & Operational Excellence: Build and mentor high-performing teams, ensuring seamless project delivery while upholding the highest standards of quality and financial integrity.
  • Thought Leadership & Representation:
  • Position Beta-i as a leading player in energy and sustainability innovation by creating compelling content, representing the company at key industry events, and influencing strategic decision-making at the highest levels.

  • Innovation & Sector Expertise: Strong knowledge of innovation methodologies with a proven ability to design, execute, and scale innovation programs, particularly in energy, sustainability, or related fields, driving measurable impact for clients.
  • Business Growth & Sales: Strategic and commercially savvy leader with a strong track record in identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities, positioning innovation as a driver for revenue growth.
  • Client & Deal Management: Experience building relationships, negotiating contracts, and expanding key accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable innovation strategies aligned with client and company goals.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading teams, mentoring talent, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Skilled in managing budgets, optimizing resources, and ensuring profitability.
  • Adaptability & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in fast-changing environments and proactive in identifying new opportunities.

Compensation package:

  • Annual salary range: [53.200€; 60.000€]
  • Food allowance in Coverflex: 10.20€/working day
