About the Senior Innovation Consultant position

We’re looking for a Senior Innovation Consultant to join our Core team and play a crucial role in our organization. This team leads impactful collaborative innovation projects by designing the best-in-class solutions, delivering impactful results to all stakeholders, and positioning themselves as strategic innovation partners to our clients.

What you will do

The Senior Innovation Consultant will deliver the innovation expertise to our clients and startups and be the thinker behind our impactful solutions to solve the most important challenges from the corporate world. Senior Consultants have a leading role in projects and are responsible for the project strategy, and project team guidance throughout the entire project life cycle.

Here's a list of some of the things you will do:

• Client relationship management, acting as the primary contact for project operations, building strong, strategic, and lasting relationships with clients;
• When acting as project leader, approving all decisions regarding the execution and strategy of the project that impacts timeline, budget, quality, and results.
• Be responsible for defining and adapting methodologies and collaborative innovation content;
• Oversee overall project planning and management, ensuring the success of the project, including all project KPIs;
• Define and adapt methodologies and deliver top-notch collaborative innovation content in projects' key moments;
• Coach more junior team members on project deliverables and skills;
• Actively listen to client needs and build re-sales proposals;
• Liaise tightly with Industry Leads to share information about cross-sell and upsell opportunities, giving support on the design of new proposals.

Who you are

• You have 5 to 8 years of experience in the innovation space;
• You have experience (or knowledge) in acceleration programs, open innovation, and corporate innovation consulting;
• If you have experience in innovation methodologies such as lean startup, design thinking, and business model innovation methodologies, that's a plus;
• You have managed innovation projects as the owner from sales to finish;
• You are a strong communicator one-to-one and on stage;
• You are organized, pragmatic, and expedient while keeping mind space for thought and insight;
• You are very versed in online tools (google suite, Mural, slack, ppt, etc);
• Fluent / proficient English level.

Compensation package:

• Annual salary range: [35.000€ - 40000€]
